GERALD UY
Nearly ten years ago, Gerald found Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in the Philippines, and it quickly became his passion. He dedicated himself to training, competing, and medaling in local tournaments. Wanting to give back, he and a teammate opened a Jiu-Jitsu academy to inspire kids and younger generations. After moving to Canada, BJJ helped him find friends and a sense of belonging.
Now an instructor, He is dedicated to sharing the life-changing benefits of Jiu-Jitsu. He believes it’s more than just self-defense—it builds confidence, discipline, and a strong community. Whether you're training for fun, fitness, or personal growth, He is here to guide and support you on the mats.
