What classes should I join?
Beginners Classes
No experience? No problem! If you're just starting out or have up to 2 years of Jiu-Jitsu under your belt, this class is perfect for you.
Advanced Classes
Got 2+ years of Jiu-Jitsu experience, sparring under your belt, or have competed before? Then the Advanced Class is where you’ll thrive, pushing your skills to the next level!

KIDS JIU JITSU
Why kids' jiu jitsu?
Kids love to wrestle and roll around—why not make it official? In our Kids classes, we turn that energy into something awesome! 🙌
Your little one will learn how to do all the cool stuff—proper break falls, awesome rolls, slick takedowns, smooth positioning, and even submissions! And don’t worry, we make sure discipline, technique, and fun are the name of the game!
Our classes are divided into two age groups to make sure everyone gets the best experience:
👶 5-7 Year Olds – Perfect for building basic moves and having fun!
👦 8-14 Year Olds – Time to level up with more advanced techniques and sparring!
